Large numbers of people walking to and from Richmond Oark here. There's only one narrow footway. There is existing priority working for traffic. Ofthen there's congestion and vehicles mounting the footway when Richmond Park is open. Changes needed to maintain safe passage for pedestrians and people on bikes.
