Turning right on to Upper Richmond Road from Sheen Lane doesn't get a green arrow, which results in bikers getting stranded in the middle of the A305 when the light changes.
Trying to cross the A308 from Taggs Island, by car, bicycle or on foot is extremely dangerous. The traffic just doesn't slow down to let you across. You literally have to take your life in your hands.

Bell Lane should have 'two-way traffic' signs. It is a two-way street but drivers often imagine it is one-way northbound and are hostile to cyclists riding in the other direction. (It was a one-way street between about 1970 & 1995).

The terrace is a narrow busy area and cyclists are not left sufficient space to safely travel. Parking along this stretch could be removed to aleviate the issue and a clear path for cyclists on either side.

No cycling provision along this key/popular route between bushy park and richmond park but plenty of space to park motor vehicles - narrow pavements too for pedestrians. Traffic islands don't help either.

No contraflow cycle facility, instead cyclists of all ages are forced to use a one way system for motor vehicles - there is space here but richmond council chose to give it to parked vehicles instead.

Whitton and the areas around Twickenham Stadium are good routes to avid the busy Chertsey Road but there are few good cycle lanes around here. The Borough of Hounslow areas are particularly poor and unsafe for cyclists.
