Just like last year, this event sign for motorists is blocking the cycle lane at Richmond Circus @RichmondCycling http://t.co/JJSrelf4pG
Great cycle route ends in a pavement, no dropped kerb and blocked by parking bays. Mind you the sign suggesting "Danger No Entry Firearms in use" is a bit more distracting.
A double chicane and bollards has been used here to put a determined stop to anyone coming out on this narrow footway next to this very busy road. Note also the mirror to help traffic emerging from the service road behind the camera.
