Too much pavement parking blighting the street scene and causing accessibility issues

The pavement is too narrow for the amount of people that walk on it. Some people actually step on the road to walk around others.

The new pavement here isn't wide enough for everyone trying to get in and out of the park. I got shouted at by a cyclist for being in the road whilst trying to social distance. This is while the entrance is still closed to cars.

So narrow for cyclists and pedestrians. Could make it a shared path

Put a bridge here connecting Hampton Court, the river and the Royal Parks with Long Ditton, without having to go to either Kingston or Hampton Court bridge.

Stop cars parking on the pavements forcing pedestrians into the road. The pleasant riverside walk is suddenly make dangerous and dirty due to litter build up around the parked cars

Although this road is closed to cars, the poor surfacing makes it hard to use for walking or cycling. Proper surfacing needed.

Use of one lane each way for cars severly constricts space for walking.
